The worst pharmacy in the region, incompetent staff, they love to make you drive all the way to the pharmacy only to say it’s a partial refill .

In line at Walgreens drive through. It’s 6:30 pm they tell me tamiflu won’t be ready until 9. I’ve got the flu. I explain I’m really sick and will wait in my car. He asks me to drive around the building. I drive around. He acts like he’s never seen me before in his life. Asks me how he can help me. Still here to pick up tamiflu. The pharmacy is very slow.
My doctor called in a prescription 11/22/19. I can on 11/23/19 to pick it up and it wasn't filled. I asked why and they could not give me a reason, except, I don't know. What?! Luckily, this was not an urgent prescription but I did have to come back to get it, which was a waste of my time.
Seemed like a brand new Walgreens probably several years old though
This Walgreens is convenient but I'm seriously considering switching to a different pharmacy. Anytime I have to call there because there is an issue with a prescription the staff is rude. They have an attitude and act as if it's an inconvenience to answer any questions. Today when I called to follow up on a prescription that was delayed the tech on the phone literally huffed at me when I asked if they got the approval yet. This is not the first issue I've had but will probably be the last.
