First they lost my mothers prescription. Then they tell me it was saved in the computer but they’d refill it immediately. Came back a hour later for them to tell me her insurance cards are expired it would be full cash or come back with the updated cards. Horrible customer service in a time my mother actually needs these meds!

Awful customer service.lost my prescription . Took over 3hours to get my daughters medicine.

Could not be more rude here at this store. I would recommend that you go anywhere but here at this Walgreens. And what ever you do don't give them you gmail account information, they text you every morning at 4:40 am even on Saturdays and Sundays !

I don’t know what’s going on in your Photo Department, but it took 4 trips there to get my Christmas cards. No matter how many boxes I ordered they only printed one box. They said they were having computer problems. Shawn was the only one who acted apologetic about the situation. Next year I will use Snapfish.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy since they opened but I may not be for much longer. They have gone downhill with customer service, speed of filling prescriptions, and having a clue what they are doing. The drive through is sooooo slow now. There has been a lot of turn over with employees in the pharmacy also which leads me to believe that there are other problems. I have several friends that are now using the chain pharmacy across the street.
