If I could leave 0 stars I would! The first time I called, I was on hold for 35 min.. then disconnected. The second time I called, I was on hold for a total of 1 hour and 23 min JUST to be disconnected! This hour and 23 min included the staffs meal break. Idk if the staff is just hanging up on people or if their phone system sucks! Either way, it's completely ridiculous.
