I just spoke to the Pharmacist, Grant. I was calling in ahead of time (as was recommended to me by the lady I spoke with yesterday at this location) and he was rude, abrasive, and very combative. This location has underfilled my prescriptions, and overall has had pretty abysmal service. I will be filling my prescription during this national emergency and then when it’s all over I will be finding a new pharmacy.

My wife and I made appointments at the white bear ave store to get flu shots earlier today. We did so using the Walgreens online appointment process. We received confirming emails and confirmation numbers. We showed up at the store a few min before our appointment only to be greeted by the clerk who knew nothing about an appointment system and they would take us on a first come, first serve basis. 40 min later we got our shot. The pharmacy refused to fill a prescription for Tamiflu that the doctor prescribed by 18 month old grandson. They refused to investigate whether insurance would cover the name brand - it does. They refused to call search for the medication at other Walgreens locations in the metro area. Thankfully the pharmasist at the Roseville store took the 3 minutes to find out that the prescription could be filled and made sure it would be done before closing tonight. It seems they’ve forgotten that they are in a customer service field.

I waited over an hour only to be told they couldn't fill my script. Another gentleman waited over an hour to be told the same thing. I even checked with them twice before that and was told they were working on it. Staff person got rude when I complained. Talked with store manager this morning. He's going to "look into it." Yeah, whatever.
You guys actually suck and are the reason Im set behind for my vacation today. backing up my prescription pick up for a ear infection medication for my son. Not sure how hard it is to mix it and send someone on their way. Absolutely ridiculous.
Every time I have to deal with this location, I either can't get through to the pharmacy or they screw something up. My mother gets her scrips delivered but sometimes she needs them right away so I try to call to say I'm picking them up but I can't get through. The one time I did, by the time I got there they had sent it out for delivery and because she was with me and not home, they wouldn't leave it....the next delivery was in two days.
