Was told my wife’s meds would be ready over the phone in 15min. They had been working on the since 1:00pm. So I ran an strand and arrived in 25min... my wife’s meds had ran out the night before. And guess what nope not ready.... I was a customer here once till

There were 3 cars in front of me in the Pharmacy drive through and I've been waiting an hour. Hire some help. Cars are leaving!
I will be moving my whole family's prescription needs to a different pharmacy. I am tired of the extremely long wait times, talking about 2-3+hours AFTER the app and calling into the store, and being told that the scripts are ready. Today, 3-9-19, was enough. Shelby, the pharmacist (if you can call her that), was over the top rude. The manner in which she spoke to my husband and myself, was completely uncalled for. they keep running out of my prescriptions and can't get them, but they say they can, then after 2 weeks they can't.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service the last 3 times I have been here the person “helping” me is just flat out rude and annoyed and just disrespectful! I am over this place and do not recommend unless you want to be treated like crap.

Extremely slow and medication is never done on time always having to wait up to 2 or 3 hours sometimes longer after medication is called in
Will be taking my prescription business elsewhere - waited for 35 minutes for the prescription to be filled. Got up there to find out what was going on and was told "I am sorry, but your prescription got deleted." WHAT???????? How did that happen? Called the Doctor's office and took my business across the street to another pharmacy and it took less than 10 minutes. Moving my business elsewhere.
