The pharmacy needs a course in customer service. The pharmacy needs more employees. I understand filling prescriptions takes time, but you don’t have to be rude about it. I doubt I ever darken this Walgreens doors ever again. Rude to everyone. They're nice but soooo slow. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of me. I had a car full of kids I didnt want to take in. Anyway, got to the window and my Rx wasnt ready, this is after i got a text that it was ready. Idk if they're short staffed or what, but they're always slow.
This Walgreens is absolutely worthless! Horrible customer service, the manager there as well as a certain cashier are rude and worthless. They tell you, you can only buy a certain amount of the same product even when you have to buy a certain amount to get points or register rewards.. I will never go there again!
I was in there tonight because you were the only place in Sherman who hard the Johnson and Johnson Soothing Vapor Baby Wash. The young lady behind the counter (I didn't catch her name) not only went back twice and check when,i called, but was very friendly and,helpful when I got there. After having a terrible night......this was a very pleasant experience.
best place for personal care products, health care products, lots of grocery items at good prices, rewards points add up quickly
Apparently this place do not know how to bill primary and secondary insurance. We have this issue every time we get prescriptions filled. They should have this figured out especially when we are there 5 times a month or more.
