I left this store in tears! I have submitted two online photo orders for a photo book within the last 48 hours! I have two separate confirmation numbers and have gone to the store twice to pick up my book. Both times no one has any record of my order and told me "maybe you sent it to the wrong store" well my email confirmation clearly states the store address and phone number.
