Islamophobic, visa ignorant manager. I am educated & well-traveled. My religion is IRRELEVANT. The manager here doesn't know the difference between a visa and passport photo. He insisted I remove a headscarf for a VISA application. Someone please teach him so he stops insulting customers like me. I went to a different location where I had no trouble at all, was treated nicely by polite people who knew the difference between visa and passport photos.
