They had me wait an hour while “filling” my daughter’s prescription only to tell me they don’t actually carry that medicine in stock and it would be days before they could order it. Disorganized, slow and rude.

Went to this Walgreens yesterday and had a whole case if Dr.Pepper rip and break on me in line. Was pretty awkward and embarrassing but the staff there that day who were already very busy helping other customers went out of their way that day to help with the mess and we're very kind. I really appreciated it. Thank you.
My daughter was rx tamiflu. Was told last night it wasn’t ready and they were not sure when it would be ready. Could be hours. I picked it up today, only to find that they only filled half her rx. Called and was told oh well.

Ordered pictures from there for one hour photo a couple weeks ago. When I got home and looked at them they were bent and very blurry. Over 100 pictures were put in the one envelope. I returned them that night, I returned them on a Monday night, and hadn’t received my money back on my card by Friday. So I called to ask what happened. After looking into it for a while we figured out the return never went through. The manager who helped me figure it out was very friendly. But overall the experience was not good.
Love the Pharmacy Staff! I feel for them, some of the unprepared customers they have to deal with are absolutely horrible.
On Thursday 1/12 I waited in line for more than 45 minutes to pick up a prescription that was already filled. They had two people cashiering and one working the drive thru while a pharmacist and a tech hurriedly filled prescriptions for people who were waiting in the store. When I finally stepped up to the counter, one of the women cashiering walked away to help fill prescriptions. I was completely ignored until the customer at the other register left. After bringing my daughter's prescription in that she needed urgently, we were told it would be done in 20 minutes we waited in the store after 40 minutes we had to go. Get home and still another 40 minutes go by and we finally get a text that it's ready. Go to pick it up ( 3 hours later, as it was always packed inside and outside) to sit in the outside line for another 20 minutes, finally I call to see if I can transfer it as she needs it ASAP, and while sitting in the unmoving line I'm put on hold for 20 minutes.
