Worst pharmacy experience ever. I have been picking up my prescription for a few months now hoping it would get better, but if anything it’s gotten worse. They are rude, take forever and the drive thru pharmacy windows are horrible. Will be changing to Publix.
Prescriptions are not ready for pickup when they say they will be. If you can’t fulfill your promise then don’t make one! Four hours for a prescription... really!!! Most of the staff are unpleasant and don’t seem to care about you. They need to take a class on customer service.
Incompetent. Rude. My mother is a hospice patient. They never have meds ready. They constantly call she and my dad with questions or concerns. Well she’s dying and he has dementia. They have my information but no one bothered to look at the account so they would know to contact me Amd All that did was cause more stress and anxiety to both of them. And they never got the billing correct. I had to tell them every time she was on hospice and they covered the meds. 8 months of this. I miss Ride Aid and the staff!!! 😡
its always a fight to get my kid's medicine filled. or they give the run around. I WILL BR SWITCHING TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!! yall are the worst!
