I dropped off a prescription and said I would come back later for it and another that was already waiting to be picked up. To my surprise, they refilled 2 others so I didn't have to go back the next day! And no waiting in Long lines this time! Normally they are a bit slow due to volume of customers.
My wife was told at the pharmacy they would not fill our sons prescription because my insurance wouldn't cover it anymore. But my son is out of his medicine seizure medicine and she asked for emergency refill and was told by the pharmacist. So if my son has a seizure who I look for. If this is what Walgreens does I want happy Harrys back. Time to go to Someone else.
Very pissed off pharmacist told me to come back the next day for my prescription. So I go back the next day the pharmacist told me to come back wtf. So I told them about it they told me to wait it would be done in a bout 15 minutes. A hour later still NOTHING. . Asked to speak to the manager and went and sat down have a bad back and prosthetic leg. They finally alled me up to get my meds. But the manager NEVER ame back to talk to me.grrrrr
I was at your Glasgow RT 40 location tonight with a huge photo project. Everyone was so sweet & helpful---especially PJ & Tae'von (sp?). Taevon was especially helpful & kind!
