I went to Walgreens to have 4 people get the flu shot. When I got into line, there were two people in front of me. It took them some time. While waiting, 4 people lined up behind us. When it was my turn, the only cashier person says, " Can you step aside so I can clear out the line because your paperwork will take about 30 minutes". I had already been in line for 15 to 20 minutes. I asked him if that really made any sense. Then I asked if there was someone else that could assist with the paperwork. There was. Worst experience ever, 1 cashier at the photo line for over 30 customers standing around with absolutely zero employees... wow... I asked to speak to the manager who never showed up I later called his name is Eddie Lopez he threw the entire blame on the young girl who is a cashier instead of taking any responsibility as a manager it was unbelievable I will never be back and I hope this will be shared with their owner.. Long lines all the time. Had sick kid and waited an hour just to drop off prescription, now I have been waiting 30 min to pick up. Only one car served, five more in front of me
