Horrible Service at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacist on staff didn't even help me; & had a tech relay the info. The Tech didn't even offer to help or come out from behind the counter. I ended up helping myself & I had an anxious 2 yr old. That's why I continue to give Kilgore's my business.
I usually pick a local pharmacy but we haven't picked one yet so the 25 min wait has turned into an hour and a half wait so far. To add to it, the guy ringing us up threw our prescription at my husband on the counter, then tried to slap it into the bag, dropped one other item on the floor and tossed the bag at us ... Then he literally chucked the change on the counter towards us. It was the worst customer service experience I have had in years. Maybe ever.
