I hate Walgreen's. Doctor says it'll be ready in an hour. I go in an hour. "Oh we just got the fax." "It'll be ready in an hour." Can I just wait for it? "It'll take at least 30 minutes if you wait for it." Can I have it transfered to another location closer to me? "You have to go to that location and ask them to request the transfer, then wait for them to fill it" By the time I drive home and back to this location the prescription would be ready. One star is being VERY generous. 30 min takes days on end and waiting in line for the rudest people alive to wait on you.
This walgreens employs the most incompetent people I've ever met. I don't know how these people are allowed to work with medications. Very scary. They have given me incorrect medications, lost prescriptions, given me too much or too little of medications, and have bold faced lied to me about physicians not having sent prescriptions to the store while I have the physician on the phone. THE worst pharmacy ive ever dealt with.
For the past few months, this place has taken 30 or more minutes to pick up a prescription that was placed by the doctors hours prior. I am switching pharmacies. Horrible horrible!!
Slowest service ever if you need prescription filled avoid this place you will most likely die from your illness before you can get your meds
