absolutely the WORST pharmacy ive had to deal with in 30 plus years. NEVER have my sons adhd meds in stock (every month) and make him wait at least a week to fill. they have written over existing rx and changed them. the MOST umprofession staff and is incompassionate. go ANYWHERE else but here. i will pay more every month to avoid them at all cost!!!!
I just returned an item at the Walgreens at 562 Main street and it was a gift to me. The item a mere $29.99 was 4 days past the 30 day policy for returns. I couldn't buy milk and quite a few other things because of the return gift card they gave me. I have done business there for 20 + plus years.The manager Kevin would not even consider anything at all outside these guidelines. I had the receipt mind you and have been a faithful Customer. RUDE RUDE RUDE... All I want is my blood pressure medicine. Why act like I am trying to run a scam or something?
They have great customer service here. I sat at the photo kiosk for hours making a photo book and i heard them help customer after customer with nothing but professionalism and grace. They really have great staff and i witnessed it on a weekday evening and a weekend day as well.
