I chose this store because it was open 24 hours. It's bad enough the store now closes at 10pm, but I pull up to the drive through at 958, and they pull the screen down in my face. I have stuck with Walgreens through the years, even when CVS used very aggressive tactics to try to take over the market. with service like this, I guess I was wrong to stick around.
I love the crazy hectic and fast-paced location I work for! We have a great staff and will try to do what we can to help our patients :)
I called this pharmacy to check a price of a script I needed for my dog, who was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. The pharmacist told me the price, as well as let me know some ways to save money on the script. I dropped it off, and received a phone call that they didn't have it in, and it would be a few days. Even with the busyness of this pharmacy, they took their time to call other local pharmacies to find one who had it. So slow!!! No matter date or time. And calling is just as bad. On hold forever only to get cut off and have to start over:(
I HATE this location, they never fill my prescription on the day that it's due, I always have to wait the day after, I don't have any problems with any other location but this one!!! And what's so frustrating is I actually got a text message this morning saying my prescription was ready to be picked up and when I got there they said I can't have it till Wednesday!!! My family and I will never be back to this location, hell I might even start going to CVS from now on!!
Micheal Carter should not be a pharmacist. He treated my mom like she was a drug addict and would not fill her cough medication and she is very sick. I tried calling him this morning to discuss why he treated her so bad and he got nasty with me and hung up. I will definitely be calling corporate and who ever else i can call.
Worst pharmacy ever... They either will not have the medication that you NEED, or just make you wait HOURS for it.
