I was treated very rudely by the pharmacy and assisted manager. Pharmacy phones were not being answered and I was hung up on twice. Very unprofessional. I didn’t deserve this. I now deal with Rite Aide.
Dropped a script off on Sunday and was told they would have it done in a couple hours. Let them know I would be picking it up by Friday. Thursday went to pick it up not ready, nor did they have any extra in stock, or did it come in on the shipment that day. Was told I would have to wait three days and told I could transfer it to another store. When I went to transfer it I was told it couldn’t. I just had my son pick up my Rx.. it was for magnesium 400mg made by nature Made. I got with lable on a bottle of this cost almost $27.00 at Walgreens and at *******Walmart****** it's $11.00. what a rip off.
Prescription errors, and their response is to refund you $4 for having to drive 45 minutes to fix their mistake.
I love Walgreens but this Pharmacy is really the worst. I would almost rather drive a half hour out of my way to another Walgreens pharmacy to get prescriptions filled. Either they are out of medications when you try to get them filled or they are never ready when they tell you they're going to be.
Used to be convenient and still not too bad. Just saw the points that will expire on a receipt today. Use them before the new expiration date? I didn't know about that. Use them and be gone is probably a good path foreword.
