Just went to pick up a prescription I need and was told was ready. I spoke on the phone with a representative who refilled my prescription this morning and confirmed I had a refill. I received several texts saying they were refilling it and that it was ready. When I arrived they said nothing was ready and I had no refill. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They have been constantly screwing over my mother with her medication for a very long time. She has diabetes and lupus and multiple other health conditions that require time sensitive medication. They make her jump through hoops just to get what she needs to survive everyday and it’s unnecessary.
