I have been getting my dogs prescription filled here monthly for the last 5 or 6 years. I called in her prescription 24 hours ago and chose today to pick up, like normal. I get there and they ask if I want the meds ordered. Excuse me??? Common sense says of course if you are refilling an order you want the meds ordered. What other option is there?
