Worst customer service ever! If u can even call it that....the girl at the register sucks!
These people are just illiterate... the pharmacy of my preference does not have my daughter's medication so I must bring it to Walgreens these people get on my nerves EVERY SINGLE month. They dont read the prescription , they don't read the record... noooo I have to tell them how to fix it every time. They say an hour and take 3 or more...
Walgreens pharmacy SUCKS!!! My spouse is going to start chemotherapy TOMORROW 11/14/2014. Dropped her prescription on 11/06/2014. That's a WHOLE week. So four (4) trips and countless phone calls later, ALL originated by us, the female pharmacist says on the phone; "it's not ready yet. The manufacturer don't have it ready."
