I was to go for a TB skin test. My company called ahead to see if they could take payment via credit card over the phone. They told her they would. So she sent me there and then they said wouldn't accept payment via credit card over phone. Had to rush to another facility during pm rush hour in pouring rain and wait forever. very nonchalant about the whole thing.

This pharmacy and staff has made a turn for the worst. Not only do the staff tell you it will be At least a two hour wait, but don’t even type it in their system to see IF they can in fact have it ready for you. Over two hours have gone by, I’m in need of my medicine that they assured would be ready just to call on my own behalf for the tech to tell me they couldn’t fill it tonight. I moved to this Walgreens after CVS was so poor to me. Well needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere. Not only are the pharmacists and techs rude and slow, but I will NOT give my business to anyone who houses Piedmont Quickcare after the scam I went through. Months of back and forth being charged $200 for a nurse to type in my insurance information and then telling me that she cannot help me, that she would reverse the charge, and then told me to leave. Although this store was a little far for me, I was assisted by Andrea P, who is so very helpful, professional, and friendly! She did not work in cosmetics, but at the check out counter; and she personally went to the skin care area and helped me find what I was searching for, and with a smile and excellent customer care skills! worst pharmacy ever. Physician sent rx over in a timely manner only to discover rx won't be avail till Monday! I'M in pain and can't get the antibiotic! Now have to visit urgent care to get another rx sent to another pharmacy. Are they going to pay the urgent care? Really angry right now! This is not the first time I have had issues. Only giving one star because I have to. They don't deserve that star!
