Great pharmacist and staff
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Sia, the pharmacist, for her exceptional service. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and willingness to answer all my questions made a stressful situation so much easier. Sia truly stands out as someone who cares deeply about her customers. Never a bad experience.
Arrived about 20 minutes before closing. Unaware they closed at 9pm. Just came from Northside after 4 hours in the emergency. There was a typo error on the prescription. Instead of her calling the doctor she tells me she can't fill the prescription. Tells me I have to call the doctor and tries to send me to the pharmacy on Old Alabama Rd. Clearly, she's ready to go home. Long story short, she could have filled the it. What happened to taking care of people and doing your job??
