Very poor service. I called my script in hours ago to wait in line for 30 minutes
Kyle Stewart and pharmacy provide TERRIBLE customer service, extended ZERO compassion nor any solution to a problem. Instead, he threatened to call the police on me. Corporate will be hearing from me in the morning.
Love this pharmacy. They are super busy but always willing to help!
I called the pharmacy because I received an automated voicemail saying they were working on my prescription. I wasn't aware of any prescription for there and so I called to see why I was called. The woman that answered the phone was completely rude and acted like I was lying about receiving the voicemail. I said there must be something wrong with the automated phone system. So disappointing that with all the negative posts nothing has changed in regards to customer service. It appears that I am not the only one who has experienced poor customer service at this location. It's usually a 50/50 chance that my photo or custom card order is accurate or even lost. Today I wanted to purchase gift cards that wouldn't ring up and I was told they shouldn't even be stocked yet there were at least 40 hanging on the end cap. Drive threw is absolutely insane. Lets let people sit in line for half an hour with sick kids in the car crying cause they dont feel good.
