This is the second time that this location, refuses to print the pictures I have ordered, the first time happened over a year ago, when they refused by saying none of the associates knew how to print the pictures after waiting and complaining for a long 30min they ended up printing the pictures of my child for his passport, but today they did it again, I ordered prints online, it said to come and get them within an hour and once again they refused to provide the service by stating that it was not working!!
