Was at the Frederick storre yesterday with a friend who needed an Rx for a pin med filled , and had been getting their RX filled at another Walgreens for years. Pharmacist proceeded to humiliate her because her ID is from another state where she owns a home where she lives part of the year, Pharmacist told her he did not feel "comfortable" filling the rx, was not familiar with the practice of the doctor who wrote the RX, implied that she was drug seeking., All the fool had to do was look on the PDMD to see she had been getti... read more
Stood at the consultation window for 10 minutes and none of the 6+ workers said a word to me..... Finally overheard someone ask a tech where to go for the flu shot & heard them say to go to the “drop off + pick up” line..... Makes total sense... they seem to really have an urgency to help their customers...
