I recently had difficulty obtaining a prescription for a reasonble co-pay for a very debilitating condition. The pharmacists at the Reedly Walgreens, Vincent and Jonathan, went way beyond what I would have expected to get approval for meds of the same nature at a significantly lower co-pay. They understood the nature of my condition and my extreme need for the medication, called my doctors office several times, and kept in touch with me every day. If there was negative stars I would have rated them the most negative. I can't believe the pharmacy and they don't even answer and leave you waiting for 30+ minutes. Bad bad business! Why even have a phone if that's all they are going to do. Learn how to do business. If I was manager and I heard this I would fire everyone of them and get someone in there that wants to work and will be on top of their job. Rite Aid is never this bad. Bye bye Walgreens.
