They don’t tell you why your prescription is on hold! I just waited 3 days and decided to call and find out what the problem was! They said they are waiting on approval from the insurance! Why couldn’t they bother to call me? Publix would have! Then I find out for two months I have been paying full price for my prescription because the insurance never covered it! Rx treats customers very rudely I called to have a Rx transferred and was spoken very rudely too would not transfer without a phone number to the pharmacy mind you they had already transferred this Rx 3 times for me already it was the pharmacy 3 blocks down the road so I called another Walgreens they transferred the Rx no questions did not need phone number of Rx just where the store was located it was done within minutes at the one on racetrack road by Fruitcove rd very satisfied with them
