RecommendedLeft my expensive one-of-a-kind cane at the pharmacy. Needless to say the staff at the Fortuna Walgreens saved it for me. Thank you so much! That cane is very special to me and it would have been a huge loss. Y'all are the best!
The Walgreens"s Pharmacy on Fortuna Rd in Yuma, AZ is, hands down, the WORST possible place on Earth to get a prescription filled. From the get go of attempting to have my prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy, they never once managed to get anything done right the first time. It was one delay, one error, one oversight, one after another. After two month's of wasted time, phone calls, & unheard directives, I threw my hands in the air & opted to go with having my prescriptions handled by a mail delivery pharmacy service.... read more

I have had 3 conversations to cancel a prescription because the dosage has changed BUT..... you continue to text me non stop and TWICE you said I asked to refill it when I DID NOT. I was told the prescription was closed out BUT today when I was NOT on my computer you are once again alleging that I asked for it to be refilled (why would I? it's now the wrong dosage!!!!). You must be getting a kick back because in my 66 years I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAUNTED TO RENEW A NOW INCORRECT PRESCRIPTION OVER 10 TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would not recommend taking passport photos here. I was in a desperate need of pictures to renew my passport. It was not my first time applying for my passport, I know the requirements for photos. The lady that took my picture was rude and obviously did not know the current requirements. I told her how I wanted my picture, and she REFUSED to take my picture the way I asked. She said they would not accept it. I was in a hurry for the pictures so I didn’t bother arguing with her. End of story, picture looks hideous on my pass... read more
