The customer service is typically ok, but yesterday afternoon we went in to get a vaccine and not only was the pharmacist dismissive (didn't have time for us and said it would be at least 1.5 hour wait) but she spent 5 minutes talking with her family at the drive through window! To make it even worse she said she wouldn't have time for us tomorrow and told us to go to a different Walgreens. I feel bad for the people waiting in the drive through. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
My worn bank card wouldn't scan at the register and the manager refused to manually enter the number to complete my transaction "per corporate, they aren't allowed to do that anymore". I will no longer be giving my business to this company.
