Have called 4 X today, they can not fill a prescription within 12 hours. No more Walgrens for me. Each time on hold for 10/15 minutes
I dropped off prescriptions at 11am. some that I need to Survive. I got no call that it was rejected like it was a joke. it keeps me alive. hHorrible customer service!!! Horrible attitudes! I get many medications here and will be switching them all over asap!
I went tonight to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy in the drive-through and waited for about 20 minutes and as soon as I got to the window they cover the window and close in my face and I tried calling they wouldn’t answer so I walked in and the man in the front was rude kept telling me they’re closed and I explained to him the situation and they just continue to be rude who closes the pharmacy when you’ve been sitting there for 30 minutes all they have to do is give you your fucking prescription how fucking lazy ca... read more
Been having trouble for YEARS with my daughter’s insurance. Some days her medication was covered, some days it wasn’t, was told she was dropped from her coverage. It was super random. I’ve gotten consistently bad service, and no explanation as to why this was happening. Even went to CVS to fill a prescription the other day, same problem. Went back to Walgreens to give it one more shot, and Pharmacist Marcos went out of his way to find out what’s going on. Slowest service ever! A 20 min wait time per car in the drive thru pharmacy is not acceptable ! If there is a problem with their prescription make the people go inside! Even Mc Donald's makes people pull to the side if their order takes awhile
its was cool. The Lady working last night was very helpful to me. :)
