If you read the reviews about the pharmacy it is 100% correct. These people are so rude, miserable with the job they have. I’m not sure if they are miserable with the job or that they couldn’t make it as a real doctor. They need to clean house, fire every one of them. Whoever manages the pharmacy must not take it seriously considering all the bad reviews
The doctor office called the medicine in & by the time I got there only had to get them ins. Cards & 5 minutes later his meds were ready
because they screw up everything and do not care.
You guys have two stars on google and fb. Get a grip. Denise was the only good employee there. Densise is why we kept going there at night. Just went there tonight, did a review on yelp as well. Saw an old man flip out on the the crew for doing their job correctly he was trying to get a narcotic without his I.D. it does not matter if hes been to that location a million times they could lose their license for that. Come prepared you know you need your I.D. if you been there a million times. I personally had no issues.
The staff at the pharmacy was very rude. Called me up to the pharmacy to pick up my daughters scripts and then didn't even say anything to me they just called up another customer. I think the next time I will drive 45 minutes to the Rochester Hills CVS and just do my daughters scripts when she gets sick and our main pharmacy is closed. I don't see why they would treat their customers like that, especially because we're the reason they have a job in the first place.
