Tony the "pharmacist" can't count to 28 and thinks there are 30 days in August. He withheld prescribed medication, which is dangerous, and caused unnecessary pain and suffering to the person he withheld it from due to the fact that it was taken 12 hours later than it was supposed to be taken.
