The pharmacy employees have gotten a little better. When you order your medicine on the app, they put an estimated time when it will be ready, then they change it by saying they're running behind, and then they text it's ready 15 minutes before closing time. They hardly ever answer the calls in the pharmacy. I hate when it's time to refill my pain med because they make you feel like you abuse drugs and that you really don't be having medical problems that causes a lot of pain and discomfort. Very incompetent pharmacy staff.
Very horrible service. I got an alert that my prescription would be ready at noon. It wasn't ready until 1pm, so I had to wait an hour. Secondly, I only received one of my prescriptions, so I had to go back. I usually go to Sam's Club pharmacy or Walmart. I will never go to Walgreens again.
