terrible service. I was buying can small bottles of hand sanitizer for local nurses who are dealing with covid-19 and they probably had at least 200 in stock and would only sell me 4 even after I explained they were for nurses in the area who were dealing with an outbreak. I spoke with the local CVS near Brandon Regional and the manager was glad to help me

I went in to purchase a particular product. I didn’t see it on the shelves so I asked the pharmacist on duty, who said it was upfront behind the counter. I stood on an extremely long line only to find out the cashier didn’t have a clue what I wanted. Not only did I not see my product behind the counter, he wanted me to almost yell my request. the pharmacy staff is the nicest and most professional I have had the pleasure of dealing with, special thanks to joey, erin, Valerie, and Amanda. you guys make every visit quick and easy.
Lori Delicat is the world's worst pharmacy manager. She is a drug addict racist. She should not be hired as a manager anywhere. She steal pills from her own pharmacy.
If you want the experience of "That's not my problem" then please enter this store and encounter the Biggest Joke of a shift lead (David). Customer Service is not his strong point and overall knowledge of products is less than desired. Walgreens is a great discount drug store but simply not this location. Maybe this would be different at another point of the day. I'll take the effort to drive 5 minutes more to another location. Very very poor customer service at this store
