The pharmacy should answer the phone. Being on hold over 20 minutes is ridiculous esp when calling on a error they made. Dont try & talk to a store manager useless . I wish my drug plan didnt make me go there. After the 3rd call this time speaking to a staff member who was extremely rude I asked for the name of General Manager & she refused to give it to me. I wasted close to a hour trying to deal with this & am not happy with Walgreens. I will get my prescriptions there because I have to but I will do the rest of my shoppin... read more
