This is the worst damn pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with they don’t give you your full prescription and then when I try to talk to the manager, the manager hit behind the phone and couldn’t even talk. The staff lie to you just so they can get you off the phone this place needs to be shut down cause they like to play with people’s prescriptions which is playing with somebody’s life in the manager needs more coaching he has his staff lie to you that he’s in a meeting. Was fantastic up until a few months ago I have been a customer of five years, but not anymore. They changed their name to Walgreens specialty pharmacy in the last few months. The level of service has gone away way way down.

I’ve had a terrible experience at Walgreens pharmacy, largely due to the poor management by Andy. He was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when I raised concerns about Susan’s behavior. Instead of taking the time to address the situation or offer any solutions, he seemed uninterested and impatient. A manager should set the standard for excellent customer service, but Andy’s attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Best pharmacy ever! Lea is always extremely kind and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for working so well with my doctors and giving me great care.
