This is the worst Pharmacy in North County! Their are always out of stock on medicines. They're generally rude on the phone especially the young male pharmacist, who some would describe as smarmy, I would describe as downright rude, as he flat refused to fill a prescription for me because he was by himself, he told me this as he leaned against the counter eating a candy bar while there was still an hour left in store operations. If I could give NO stars I would. The pharmacy.. a JOKE .. sat on hold for a hour drove to the store and told me that they didn’t have a script that was sent over 1/16.. so I called a different Walgreens and they said that they could see that they did INFACT have this script.. so they’re liars and incompetent
I will not recommend this Walgreens. It took over 48 hours for a simple antibiotic prescription for strep throat. They did not even start the prescription until after my wife called to check on the status. The prescription came in Friday afternoon around 3pm and he wasn't filled until a Sunday afternoon around 3pm. Very unacceptable for our child who has strep. Now my daughter may miss a day of school, because the policy is for the child to be symptom free for 24 hours and we may miss a day of work. The staff was considered ... read more
This pharmacy location seems as tho they are overworked and understaffed. And when I call in the representative lacks customer service skills. This my second time dealing with them, I forgot the first time was a bad. Will not be going there again.
