Excellent service filling a prescription another pharmacy said they had t received...but had charged my insurance for it. Girl names Blake in the pharmacy went above and beyond.

Got a notification my photo order was ready. Went about an hour later to pick it up.. no one at photo. A lady working the floor eventually came over. They couldn't find my pictures. Finally found them sitting at the printer. 2/5 pictures were messed up. (Green lines on them?) so they reprinted them after I asked. And tried to pack them up without even cutting them to the right size. (They were the square Instagram size) annoying. Didn't even apologize. Don't say they are ready when they are not.

My dr called in a prescription yesterday that I NEEDED to start last night, so the treatment could work today. I had made arrangements for childcare so I could do that. The pharmacy told me they never received the prescription. This was untrue, IT WAS THROWN AWAY! There were questions about the directions, so instead of contacting the dr for clarification, and telling me the truth, someone threw away the RX and lied. Please build a Walgreens in Batson Tx, Liberty Tx and Sour Lake Tx.
Had to wait almost 2 hours for one prescription. The girl put our insurance information in all wrong and then asked me about a guy who I have no clue who he was and if he was my husband. Never again.
