The pharmacist is below par at this Walgreens. The service I received today was horrendous.
RecommendedHad an issue with some photo prints from the Walgreens on Drake/Main and they said they couldn’t do anything because it’s the way I had them printed online, no other advice given, completely rude and not helpful... Came in to this location and Brittany in Photo went above and beyond to help my needs and realized how horrible my first prints were. Told her I’ll be visiting her often for my photos from now on.
2 hours to get a script filled...!need I say more?
TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Horrible experience. I haven't had one smooth transaction refilling my prescriptions. If they are out of your meds they just use a different "Equivalent" prescription in place without saying anything. I should have learned my lesson by now to check but once again I didn't look in the bag and I go home and it was a different birth control. They say it's the same but every time they just switch on me my endometriosis flares up so bad. If it was the same thing then why would that happen? It's... read more
I've been going to this specific Walgreens for years. Service is definitely slower when more people are in the pharmacy, the regular employees are kind and helpful usually.
The Pharmacy too slow not enough people to take care of the this amount of people they gotta take care of
