The WORST pharmacy I’ve been too! They messed up my prescription and filled the wrong one. Which is probably why they where asking for auth from my insurance. Prior to picking up my sons rx I called the pharmacy and specifically asked to see if my sons prescription for Ritalin was ready! And they said it was. And when I get there I don’t think to check it because I had called before going! On top of Alisha the pharmacist is SOO rude and useless. She has no customer service skills. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They only use 1 of the 2 drive through lanes they have the drop off window closed off. When I asked why a worker said "it's too much work." There will be 7 people in line and only use one register. It's the absolute worst.
Bring a chair to prepare for the wait in the pharmacy line. Do not know what takes so long.
L-I-V-I-D after trying to transfer a prescription over from this location. I called three times to try and transfer my prescription and the entire pharmacy staff denied that they had spoken to me over the phone about transferring a prescription. When another pharmacist called them they said they had never spoken to me, pulled up my file, or even filled a prescription, even after I had gotten confirmation via phone/email. Shout out to Walgreens pharmacy staff and manager on Blackhawk!! I told them that my baby had just had surgery & they filled his prescription in less than 15 mins. The manager even walked it back to the pharmacy for me. From now on you get all my business! #loyal customerforlife
