So ANNOYED Aaliyah is sick with Strep Throat AND pink eye; I purposely sent her prescription to the 24 Walgreens to make sure I could get it because it's so late... RECEIVE A TEXT that her prescription is ready drive ALL THE WAY over there to find out they are CLOSED because of the protest on the Strip!? I'm on Desert Inn and Ft Apache!! There were almost no people waiting in line and pharmacy staff appeared to be about 4 strong - they were running up and down alright, but I still waited 20' in line. Then the guy said my insurance denied my wife's prescription because they had a different date of birth on record. What? Eventually it wasn't that, it's just Walgreens isn't contracted. I had to pay full price. That's just the tip of the iceberg.
RecommendedMy son was treated by Deseree Palafox NP, she was very professional and explained everything. I recommend Walgreens.
My first time and my last. Because it was my first I had to come 10 minutes before the appointment, I waited only to find out they didn't treat diverticulitus! I wasted my time in pain! I went to the ER at Lakes directly behind the Walgreens! Where I was treated!
Do not come to this Walgreens for a flu shot. Horrible wait times. With only one person in front of us the entire time, been waiting for 1.5 hours and counting.
