If I could of given you a 0, I would of!!!! Worst pharmacy ever!!!! You guys have given me the wrong meds before!! And it was a narcotic!! Every single time we would come there to get our meds and we get almost the same meds every month and there is always a problem!!!! Your pharmacists like to play doctors when they are not!!! We have asked over and over again for a manager to call us!! And nothing!!!! So done!! We pulled our scripts from there and moved pharmacies! You guys need to do retraining or something!! The service in the pharmacy is really bad. I was given bad information and when I asked for an explanation, I didn't even get an apology. Very bad customer service skils
I have had a lot of problems with my Rx here and I've been on hold today for 46 mins. I'm at my wits end might switch pharmacy.
This pharmacy is absolutely awful. I have waited in the store multiple occasions with a sick child in hand for over an hour and a half to get a prescription filled (after being told it would be 15-20 minutes). Now today I was told my prescription would be ready at 12:40 (I dropped it off at 11:00 am). My husband just left after waiting for another 45 minutes. I keep waiting for a change. That change has yet to come. We will be making a move to a new pharmacy for our families needs.
I can't express how frustrating it is to go here and "try" to get service! On a weekly bases, go through drive throw - just to wait 14 minutes!!! That's with only 1 car ahead of me..... Oh, just to hear "I'm sorry, we don't have your pickup ready"!!!!!
