Walgreens on 4010 w. Lawrence worst pharmacy ever i was with them a little over a month and it was terrible they managed to never give me all my prescriptions i get 10 a month that never happened there fault according to my insurance as they sent me to Osco and no problems with them and my old pharmacy CVS on Lawrence & Milwaukee never had problems the staff there all very helpful not like Walgreens if you need a great pharmacy go to CVS if you need a pharmacy that will screw you go to Walgreens

If I could give them zero stars, I would! Always a 10-20 minute line at the pharmacy, not to mention the crazies loitering and threatening people in the parking lot...always
I wad charged twice for my medication at 4010 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60630. The cashier only gave me a receipt for the second charge but my phone let me know that funds were removed from my account twice for the same medication. When I showed the manager my records and my receipt he said to go to the bank and get a statement and there was nothing he could do for me. I am going to my bank and see if they can call the store to fix this problem. Is this typical policy? I don't feel it's right I have to correct someone else... read more
I was on hold for 50 mins. I they kept picking up the phone, not saying anything and putting me back on hold. I just wanted to confirm that my prescription is there and the insurance covers it...
