Their prescriptions are never ready on time even after my multiple calls and reminders, they say they'll contact the Dr for refills and street. The employees are rude and act like it's my fault . I am seriously considering transferring to Kroger across the street.
they never have your Rx ready it was called in at noon and at 430 still not ready. the manager nor pharmacist seemed to care that they never have ready. do not go here unless you can call in days in advance. the pharmacist has to make a point to tell you how to take it even though you can decline consult. just get my meds ready
Pharmacy needs a better drive thru system. I shouldn’t have to come back around to pick up medicine when everyone else waits and backs up the drive thru. I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes with a screaming newborn in the back. To top it off, I was told the medicine was ready and I pull up to window and it’s not ready.. Seriously 😒 Pick up and drop off....keep it moving and treat everyone the same. If I’m told to wait and come back around, so should everyone else!!!!
I have no idea why I’ve continued to waste my time at this pharmacy! I wait for at least 30 minutes every time, and they normally don’t have my medicine because of the mistakes with their system! �
I have had issues with this pharmacy for the past 6 months. It does no good to give Walgreens a phone number as they do not use it even if there is an issue with your prescription. This particular Walgreens has filled my last 3 prescriptions with the wrong doctor and wrong number of refills. When I call to get a refill, they call the wrong doctor, who tells them I must meet with my doctor before getting a refill. I call my doctor and they say they never received a call from the pharmacy.
