Pharmacy closes 15 minutes early and pharmacists and managers refuse to help you. They say they're trying to close and get out of there on time. I called and reported this to the manager, Vicky, and she said she understood and empathized with wanting to leave on time after a shift is over and said we should have gone to a location 3 miles away. This is a really poorly run Walgreens and we won't be doing business with Walgreens in the future.
On a recent visit, the pharmacy staff gave my wife a hard time about returning a prescription that a Pharmacist had already told me a day prior wasn't needed. She had been in Walgreens to pick up a different prescription for my daughter and the one for me that was told to me prior was not needed was still in the bin for pickup so she assumed I needed it. Someone made the mistake of putting it back in the bin for sale.
