I have a new doctor who sent in a refill for my diabetes prescription. His prescription was different than the one I had been getting from this pharmacy for years. The pharmacist did not have the courtesy to contact me or the new doctor to let us know that it was different and make sure this is what we wanted. So now I am out a lot of money for 3 months of something That’s wrong. This particular Walgreens is hands down is my favorite store.
I just left after paying for stuff that I use Apple Pay for, but the cashier messed up and had to redo my entire transaction didn’t refund me and then refused to let me leave with the items that I had previously paid for
Going through the drive-through at a Walgreens should NEVER take 30 minutes but especially every single time, how hard can it possibly be to ring people up and say next? Smh very frustrating..
I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! After sitting in line for 10 minutes at the drive thru I'm told for pickup I have to go to the first lane. So I drove around and had to sit in line all over again. THERE ARE NO SIGNS INDICATING "pickup" or "drop off" lanes.... I stopped using them years ago for various reasons. They are just frustrating every time I've used them for prescriptions. Only went back because they had a specific Rx I needed. Won't do that again. I will find somewhere else.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. The pharmacist tried telling me that my son was no longer covered on our insurance, which I knew was not right. My son needed 3 different prescriptions and they could care less if he got them or not. They had to close at 10pm sharp, is what they kept telling me, which gave me no time to figure out what was going on. I dropped off the prescriptions at 9:20pm, walked in at 9:50pm to get them and that is when they told me he was no longer on our insurance. I did not receive one phone call w... read more
I would give it no stars because of 1 person and that's sad... Maybe you should value your customers more and lose your attitudes and hopefully Bonnie gets a write up for arguing with me for no reason when I seem to know how to read unlike her!!!!!
