This seriously may very well be the worst pharmacy with which I have ever dealt. The staff seems cold and distant - I'm sure they're understaffed and overworked. There is always some kind of inevitable miscommunication. I've only recently switched to having my meds filled here and today will most certainly be the last that I use them. The service at this location has steadily gone downhill... tonight while the lines were finally short, they didn't have the full prescription dosing on hand and I will have to return again when they finally get a shipment.
The most awful pharmacy tech ever, my son gets rx filled monthly but normally at cvs..... his rx got faxed to Walgreens northport, al.... the tech tried to say his insurance card was no good--- which was a lie. She was just too lazy to do her job and look up info on computer and kept saying no.... went right across to cvs and got it filled in 15 mins.... Walgreens do us all a favor and stop hiring lazy people to work for you. I will not use your pharmacy again unless I absolutely have to!!! 11/4/15 your tech at register suck... read more
Well I decided to get my pictures from walgreens. I go in about 1:25 and stand Til 1:35 without even being acknowledged. I guess whatever the photo cashier was looking at was very very important. Thinking about just leaving pictures there and going somewhere else!
