This NP for the ssm clinic could not be lazier. I'm super sorry she has to work on a holiday but I've been sitting for 20 minutes. NO ONE else is here.

Everyone was very nice, helpful, and informative. Booking online was quite easy and was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Only issues were having had made an appointment it still took over an hour to see the NP. Then when I was asked which pharmacy I wanted, NP suggested using The Target CVS because it would be a faster pharmacy. Confirmed three times throughout the appointment but the prescription was called into a different pharmacy when I arrived. Overall was an easy experience, just when you are sick with a high fever, was just a bit lengthy.

Pharmacy sucks, manger sucks and the Pharmacist at midnight the other day was either high or asleep, maybe both ! Get your rules together and quit changing them whenever it strikes your fancy. In all fairness up until today I was beginning to change my opinion. Todays fiasco returns me to my original contention, You suck.

Poor customer service. Spoke with assistant manager Tawnee and shift leader, Kamie. Neither were willing to assist me in a return. There was no “recourse”; a word that I used in the context of our dialogue, yet the manager didn’t even understand the meaning or wished to alleviate the problem. The company clearly has no problem providing customer satisfaction and support.
