Hands down the WORST pharmacy in Des Moines! Every time I come here they mess up my prescription. I’ll drive to the other side of town before I come here again.
I picked up my prescriptions and went home where I discovered that I didn't have them all. When I called to see if they had the missing one, the girl laughed so hard and said yes they did. When I got back to the pharmacy, I told the pharmacist that I didn't appreciate being laughed at. The girl proceeded to tell me that she was laughing at the situation not me. I’m in your parking lot. It’s 7:18 am and you “open” at 7. But you’re not open. Lights off, doors locked. I needed something desperately before work but I guess that’s not going to happen. Very unprofessional.
Inefficient. Yes they were busy and I waited patiently. The pharmacist called my name, I went to pay and asked if all the prescriptions were in there. The tech looked and said "no". So I got to sit some more and wait. I would have much rather waited one time for all of them.
You are incredibly slow. Had to wait an entire day to give my 3 mo old child medicine for his ear infection because your 45min+ wait forced me to have to leave and go to work. People count on your service. You need to work on that. Disappointed.
Dr faxed in prescription 40 mins ago, I get here, they say it will be 15-20 mins., finally 30 minutes after that, I get my prescription..worst service I've ever had at a Walgreens!!
