It would be very nice if you had a BIG sign stating I.D. needed. Not a little sign on the counter. I waited in line 30 minutes to pick up my daughter's prescription. Only to be told I couldn't. If I had seen a BIG sign I would have left and gotten proper I D and not wasted a half hour waiting.
We were parked in number one stall waiting to pick up our meds to have a rude lady blow on her horn like we were supposed to move and go someplace we waited she pulled up a number 2 stall so I roll down my window to ask her what she needed when she said you need to move on one side or the other I said we're waiting for meds and she said you need to move we didn't agree so I don't think she was happy first time that has ever happened that so many bullhorn and I say in a drive thru at a pharmacy
FYI moved to shopko cause I felt like I was a big pain in your ASS and they got my humalog pen the next day!! Yea the one I was waiting since August to get!
Need check out people that can ring up wine purchases or a manager to be available. Is that good customer service?
